The project included the renovation of a three-story 42,500 sq/ft historic building. A 1,000-seat auditorium is located on the upper level and a large ballroom is located on the lower level. The program also consisted of theatrical support areas, classrooms, rehearsal spaces, a black box theater, and base building upgrades. This project was completed in 2010 and is LEED certified.
