Phase I: Involved renovations to an existing 120,000 sq/ft mill facility to create 56 high-end condominium units. Three new floors will be infilled to create additional space. An old 32,000 sq/ft mill was renovated to house 12 units and fitness center.
Phase 2: Included a new four-story, 60,000 sq/ft facility to house 24 high-end units and 65 below grade party spaces.
