The project includes renovations to a 15,000 sq/ft tenant space located on the 2nd floor of a 2-story lab building. The tenant space occupies the entire 2nd floor. The program includes wet labs/stations, virology lab, autoclave, vivaria, cold room, process, offices, work stations, conference rooms, and egress spaces.
