Overview:
- An office fit-out tailored to the financial sector, a Financial Stock Trading room is featured in this project.
Tenant MEP-FP Fit-out of 16,000 sq/ft of high-rise floor space located on the 43rd floor in order to create a new Financial Stock Trading room, Teleconference meeting rooms, business offices with computer workstations, IT server rooms, reception area, kitchenette and support spaces. This project was completed in 2011. Construction cost of $1.6 million.
