- Renovations to three retail stores: Gamestop, Famous Footwear, and 5 Guys Hamburgers
- Gamestop: Fit-out of 1,400 sq/ft
- Famous Footwear: Fit-out of 6,500 sq/ft
- 5 Guys Hamburgers: Fit-out of 2,300 sq/ft
Gamestop
The fit out of 1,400 sq/ft to have a new high end electronics retail store. The program includes retail spaces, display areas, retail counters, storage rooms and toilet rooms. HVAC included roof top units and control systems. Electrical Lighting systems were also included. Services included MEP/FP.
Famous Footwear
The project includes tenant fit-out of retail shell space. The gross sq/ft is approximately 6,500 sq/ft. A “warm dark box” MEP/FP systems infrastructure currently exists that is adequate to serve the new program. The new program includes mostly open retail space, a toilet room, break room, storage/receiving areas and offices.
5 Guys Hamburgers
MEP services were provided. The project consisted of a 2,300 sq/ft restaurant located on PAD # 5 of the development. The program included a fast food-type tenant with limited seating and counter service. The kitchen included high-end broilers, fryolaters, and washware equipment.
