Overview:
- Renovations to 40,000 sq/ft of office and lab space.
The project scope of work includes the design and renovation of 40,000 sq/ft on the 4th floor. The floor will be renovated from exisiting office and lab space to 20,000 sq/ft of office and 20,000 sq/ft of lab. The project will create a tissue culture room, bench space, cold rooms, freezers, and office space.
