Overview:
- 7,400 sq/ft of shell space to house a high end restaurant.
This project includes the fit-out of 7,400 sq/ft of shell space within an existing mixed use high-rise building. The space now houses a new high end restaurant and café. The new program includes a servery, dining area, commercial kitchen, bar, restrooms, and offices. This project was completed in 2010.
