The project scope of work will be completed in three Phases. Phase 1 includes the fit-out of a new MRI Suite within an existing space on the ground floor of the Kenny Pavilion. Phase 1 will also include a small addition of approximately 150 sq. ft. to house support spaces for the new MRI Suite. Phase 2 shall include the demolition of the existing mobile MRI unit. Phase 3 shall include a new addition of approximately 1,800 sq. ft. to house a new waiting area lobby and corridor connecting the main building with the new MRI Suite as well as shell space for a future fit-out.
