Overview:
- Renovations to two Partners Healthcare offices
Schrafft 2nd and 4th floors, Charlestown, Massachusetts
The project consisted of renovations of 20,000 sq/ft of office space located on the 2nd floor to house new office and operation staff. This program included mostly open work stations, offices, cubicles, kitchenettes, and conference rooms as well as a server/IT room. An additional 8,000 sq/ft of space was renovated on the 4th floor to create new open work stations. This project was completed in three phases.
Cabot Road, Medford, Massachusetts
Project included an 8,000 sq/ft office expansion of the existing office on the third floor to provide a new open area populated with new workstations. Also included selective renovation of the presently occupied Partners office to provide additional work-stations.
