Overview:
- 120,000 sq/ft of office space was reconfigured and standardized. Additionally there was a reconfiguration of main entrance and security desk, board room and new finishes for the cafeteria.
The project scope of work included the fit-out of approximately 120,000 sq/ft of office space on three levels of Ocean Spray building in Lakeville, MA. The program included re-work offices and conference rooms, reconfigure and standardize the workstations full renovation of bathrooms, reconfiguration of main entrance and security desk, renovation of two lobbies, and lab spaces, reconfiguration of board room and new finishes for the cafeteria, all existing MEP/FP systems were surveyed and were re-worked, modified or replaced to suit the new program.
