Overview:

The project included value engineering and construction administration for previously designed renovations to approximately 7,000 sq/ft of space located on the ground floor that served as a cancer center. The program included converting the space into a sports medicine wellness center. The new program includes a gymnasium, locker/shower rooms, exercise machines, offices and a reception area. Key commissioning features were a refurbished existing air handling unit, steam plant and DDC upgrade. All work involving DPH was included.
