Overview:
- Renovation of 12,500 sq/ft of existing restaurant and retail space
- Renovation of the existing 13,000 sq/ft outdoor plaza area
- New restaurant including new servery, dining and bar areas, and restrooms were added
- Retail space expanded to include new store fronts and relocating a bank
The project scope of work included the renovation of 12,500 SF of existing restaurant and retail space, as well as a complete renovation of the existing 13,000 SF outdoor plaza area. The new program includes a new 7,000 SF restaurant, 5,500 SF of retail space, and new outdoor seating and planting area. The existing restaurant and existing retail spaces were completely demolished.
A new restaurant including new servery, dining and bar areas, and restrooms were added. Two new retail spaces with new store fronts were included to house a new bank and future shell type retail space. The existing two story tower structure located within the existing exterior plaza area was removed to provide a new plaza area with new outdoor seating areas and plantings.
