Immuno-Oncology R+D: Demolition of the existing 2nd floor lab and office space (20,000 sq/ft) for 50 to 65 researchers, and a new fit out of Novartis’s new Innovative Lab Design Program on the 4th, 5th, and 6th floors. Demolition of the existing ground floor vivarium space 9,000 sq/ft and a fit out of a new vivarium.
700 Main Street: Evaluated the existing HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing systems and generate a report with the assessment of existing conditions and proposed modifications and upgrades to the systems.
