R.W. Sullivan provided MEP/FP engineering and code consulting services for the fit-out of Via Separations in Watertown, MA. This project marks a significant evolution as the building, once a historical mill on 64 Pleasant Street reliant on traditional machinery, has transformed into a state-of-the-art technological hub. Via Separations, a Cleantech company, will utilize its new 50,000 sq/ft space as a manufacturing center for filtration technology aimed at reducing the carbon footprint in manufacturing and industrial processes.
We were on-site as Governor Maura Healy highlighted the Via Separations project as a success story during her announcement of a 10-year, $1.3 Billion investment proposal as part of the Mass Leads Act ClimateTech Initiative. This proposal is expected to generate $16.4 billion in economic activity.
