The project scope of work includes the fit-out of 6,500 sq/ft of shelled space to house new offices and labs. The lab program includes a 1,400 sq/ft biology R&D lab, a 900 sq/ft tissue culture lab, 4 fume hoods, mass spec, autoclave, and 1,100 sq/ft of support space. The remaining area of the floor includes private office and (2) conference rooms.
