This project included a new five story, 180-room hotel with an indoor swimming pool, central courtyard with gas firepit, library, exercise room, meeting room, first floor retail, full prep kitchen for breakfast buffet, guest laundry, staff housekeeping and central linen/laundry facilities, and employee lounge. The building is 110,821 sq/ft and includes approximately 1,700 sq/ft of retail space on the first floor. The construction cost of the building was $23.5 million.
