Project included structural repairs to apparatus bays and exterior envelope. MEP systems and utilities located in the crawl had to be relocated. The project also included an evaluation of the crawl space and the utilities that run through the space below the apparatus room and replace the apparatus floor. Total construction cost $1.5 million.
