The scope of work included a new (5) story, 105,000 sq/ft, (144) room hotel with one level of partially below grade parking. The hotel program included a lobby breakfast room, kitchen, lobby bar / lounge, meeting room, fitness area, public roof deck, pool, commercial laundry facilities for the hotel. The rooms have kitchenettes with refrigerator, cooktop, dishwasher, sink with disposal and microwave.
