Overview:

  • The Sackler Museum renovation involved 65,000 sq/ft of a five story building.  The undertaking involved relocating the fine arts library to the Sackler location.
  • The Fogg art museum renovations were specific to its needs as it maintained its museum status.

Sackler Museum

This project involved renovations to the existing 65,000 sq/ft, five-story, museum and basement. The new program included relocating the Fine Arts Library into the building and modifications to the History of Art and Architecture Departments. The total construction cost was $6,000,000.

Fogg Art Museum

This project consisted of renovations to the Fogg Museum Complex on the Harvard campus and is used primarily as a museum and library, but also contains offices, a lecture hall, and storage space. The Fogg Art Museum is listed on the National Register of Historic Places, classified as a Partially Preserved Structure. The renovation was completed at a cost of $70 million.
