Eliot School-Boston Public Schools, Phase 1 + 2, 585 Commercial Street
The project included modifications and total gut renovations to the entire building to house a new school program. The program included new classrooms, offices and toilet rooms. Phase 2- The project included modifications and renovations to the entire 1st floor to house a new school program. A total of 9 classrooms were constructed. New toilet rooms and a warming kitchen were also included.
North Bennet Street School
“Gut” renovations provided to (3) adjoined school buildings. The North Bennet Street School is a 4 story, 31,000 sq/ft school. The Greene Building is a 3 story, 2,700 sq/ft building and the Tileston building is a 3 story, 3,200 sq/ft building. The new program included new toilet rooms, elevators, classrooms, offices, work-shops, cafeteria and support spaces.
