- This new mixed use building had many amenities including a gym, outdoor pool, clubhouse and locker rooms, including retail space.
The project consisted of a new mixed use building consisting of 282 units, structured parking and retail spaces. There are (2) interconnected (5) story buildings: One building included 11,000 sq/ft of amenities including a gym, outdoor pool, clubhouse and locker rooms. Second building included adjacent precast structured parking for 414 cars, 11,000 sq/ft of retail space, and apartments above.
