Windham, New Hampshire – A new single-story 12,800 sq/ft store with a drive-thru window service, open retail space, storage, pharmacy, and ATM.
Concord, New Hampshire – Project included a new 12,800 sq/ft single-story store with a drive-thru.
Portland, Maine – Consisted of a new freestanding 15,000 sq/ft store. The store includes a drive-thru and mezzanine. This $1.5 million project was completed in 2010.
Somersworth, New Hampshire – Provided MEP/FP services for the construction of a new 13,000 sq/ft store with a drive-thru. The store model does not include a mezzanine. The program includes a pharmacy, ATM, storage, retail, and receiving areas. This $1.4 million project was completed in 2010.
Taunton, Massachusetts – Provided MEP/FP services for the construction of a new 13,000 sq/ft store with a drive thru and 1,800 sq/ft mezzanine. The program includes a pharmacy, ATM, storage, retail, receiving areas and also an attached 250 sq/ft ATM building. This $1.5 million project was completed in 2010.
Walpole, Massachusetts – Provided MEP/FP services for the renovations of an existing 10,000 sq/ft CVS store expanding into an adjacent tenant space to create a 17,500 sq/ft store. The project was phased while the existing store remained open until the adjacent space was in operation. The construction cost was $1 million and the project was completed in 2010.
Arlington, Massachusetts – MEP/FP services were provided for the construction of a new 13,000 sq/ft store with a drive-thru and a 1,800 sq/ft mezzanine. The program includes a pharmacy, ATM, retail, and storage spaces. This $1.6 million project was completed in 2010.

Seymour, Connecticut – Provided MEP/FP services for the construction of a new 13,000 sq/ft store with a drive-thru. The store model does not include a mezzanine. The program includes a pharmacy, ATM, storage, retail and receiving areas. This was a $1,400,000 project.
Clinton, Massachusetts – The project consisted of a new freestanding, single story, 13,000 sq/ft store with a 1,800 sq/ft mezzanine.
Saugus, Massachusetts – The project consisted of a large retail complex which includes a new freestanding 13,000 sq/ft store with a mezzanine.
