The program included (21) free standing buildings that include 350 units. The buildings included a 5,500 sq/ft amenities/ leasing, and an office. Amenities consist of a gym with locker rooms, clubhouse and exterior pool. Building D a 43,000 sq/ft, 3 story stacked flat, 36 unit residential building. Buildings N-V, 3 story town homes with parking. A total of 54 townhomes provided. Building E-M, 2 stories with lofts, each building has 6-8 direct entry units. Certain direct entry units include parking.
