The program includes a new lobby and theater addition to an existing theater building. The addition will be approximately 24,000 sq/ft and will include the following; 1,900 sq/ft lobby; 3,560 sq/ft theater; 1,450 sq/ft for backstage support; 1,325 sq/ft of restrooms; 2,274 sq/ft mechanical room; and additional related theater support spaces. Construction cost is $9 million.
