OPTION 1: We adaptive the use of an existing five-story 58,000 sq/ft facility. The new program included wet labs, classrooms and computer room. Estimated construction cost $7 million. Project completed in 2002.
OPTION 2: The project included renovations and additions to an existing science building. The construction cost was $40 million. The project was completed in 2001.
