Retro-Commissioning services for this project consisted of the existing mechanical system throughout the Parish House and Church. Retro commissioning was followed by corrective actions of replacing and fixing equipment that was not operating per design. The DDC system was upgraded to allow additional communication for maintenance personnel. The Commissioning of multiple geothermal wells and HVAC program took approximately 3 years. The project size was approximately 60,000 sq/ft and this iconic church was built in 1877.
