Renovation of office and laboratory space on floors 1+2. Scope of work on the first floor includes 15,000 sq/ft of ISO 8 clean rooms; 7,500 sq/ft of laboratory and pump assembly; 7,500 sq/ft of warehouse space; and 5,800 sq/ft of open office space. The scope of work on the second floor includes renovations to a 3,000 sq/ft R&D Lab. Completed in 2013.
