Fitout of 31,355 sq/ft on the 4th floor. The project included (2) phases. Phase 1 included limited demolition (perimeter offices, ACT) and partial build out of the 4th floor (restrooms, core areas, reception, and conference/training centers). Phase 2 included a complete fit out of the entire 4th floor. The office program includes open work stations, IDF closets, training center, offices, conference rooms, egress, and storage rooms.
