This building offers patients a library, music room, private dining room, expansive physical therapy while providing cutting edge technology focused on resident wellness.

The retro-commissioning project includes work associated with the HVAC systems that were not operating as designed. The 123-bed nursing home was fully occupied and the heating and cooling seasons were a major challenge for the facilities staff. Testing of all components and systems were completed in order for the building to satisfy the patient comfort levels.
