The program included modernization of classrooms, faculty offices, toilet rooms, and circulation spaces. The building was provided with a new code compliant sprinkler system and a new ADA fire alarm system. The plumbing systems were upgraded to serve the new ADA compliant toilet rooms. New power distribution and tel-data systems were provided in the classrooms. The lighting systems in the classrooms were modernized with increased energy efficiency. HVAC systems were modernized to accommodate the new space programming. The project was completed in 2007 with a construction cost of approximately $5 million.
