The project scope of work includes (3) new free-standing residential buildings. Phase I includes buildings 2 & 3, and Phase II includes Building 1. The scope of work includes the following:
- Building 1: 6 stories – 126 units with 5,000 sq/ft of amenities space.
- Building 2: 4 stories – (high rise) 300 units with 5,000 sq/ft of amenities including fitness center and lounge.
- Building 3: 4 stories – (high rise) 231 units with 5,000 sq/ft of amenities.
