The project scope of work included the renovation of a cafe in the high-rise John Hancock Tower alongside the renovation of the lobby. The program included a 2,000 sq/ft food prep area, a 6,500 sq/ft servery on the plaza level, condiment, and soda stations on the mezzanine with additional seating for 160 patrons. A total of 12,000 sq/ft was renovated in 2010 for a construction cost of $6 million.
