Plumbing, Fire Protection, and Code services were provided for the replacement of an existing 3-story school with a new three story, 85,000 sq ft school, located within 20 feet of the existing building. Services were maintained to the existing school, as it was occupied throughout the entire construction of the new building. The new school included Integrated Pre-School and grades 3 through 6. Also included were a gym, a cafeteria with stage, Music and Art classrooms and administrative areas. Project included a 3 story egress stair located in the center core of the building. Construction cost was approximately $24 million.
