The project scope of work included a 28,000 sq/ft addition/infill which was constructed which included 3 stories with a partial basement. The program included stem labs, library, lecture halls, makerspace computer lab, chemistry lab/ classrooms, biology lab/ classrooms, and support spaces. Renovations were required at the connection to the existing buildings. A total of approximately 5,000-10,000 sq/ft of existing space. RWS performed enhanced design development services for the design-build project team.
