The project included an administration space, 2-bay maintenance area with associated rooms including a reference room, small equipment workshop, parts storage and fluid storage, a vehicle storage area, wash bay, mezzanines, a sand and salt shed, fuel dispensing system, industrial equipment, exterior knock down pad, exterior canopy storage, stand-by generator and an access road.
