The project scope of work includes 530,000 sq/ft on the 1st floor to support distribution operations and 165,000 sq/ft on the 2nd floor to accomodate office space, fitness center, full service cafeteria with kitchen, and product storage. This is LEED Silver Certified and received $1 million in utility rebates.
