The project included a conversion of a 26,500 sq/ft, 100 year old warehouse into a modern, college prep charter school for the public. The program included classrooms, offices, earth science labs plus an outside recreation site. Water conserving student and teachers’ toilet rooms were also provided. Planned energy efficient systems included HVAC, Lighting, and Domestic Hot Water. Construction cost of this project was $4 million.
