The project included two new apartment buildings that house a total of 515 units. The first structure included a new four-story building with five levels of parking and 310 units with a pool and fitness center that is located on the first floor. The other structure was located across the street, which included four stories, and housed a total of 205 rental units. The units surround the parking areas.
