The project scope of work includes (2) new free standing high-rise mixed-use buildings totaling 657,919 sq/ft. One building is a 15-story, 510,452 sq/ft building. There are 345 apartment units, retail space, amenity space, lobbies, loading area, utility space, and parking for 200 cars. The second building is a 13-story, 147,467 sq/ft building with 133 apartment units, retail space and a lobby.
